The primary responsibility of the position is to provide support for sales administrative functions such as Credit Assessment, standard contract creation, coordination of complex/custom contracts, report generation, and hand-off orders to other groups for implementation. 
QUOTE CREATION: Supports Sales in preparing costing estimates and developing quotes 
• Create standard contract in SFDC including amendments / replacements / Initiates SFDC request to register signed contract 
• Assist with Customer Contract Inventory 
• Contract Audits and Quality Check 
• Generate, consolidate reports to make ready for sales interpretation and analysis, 

ORDER MGMT / BOOKING PACKAGE / Information completeness to enable sales handoff 

• Ensure contract administration and reporting are delivered with high quality and error free. E.g.Complete credit check and legal name verification / Review contracts for quality and accuracy/ Reporting accuracy 

This role will also look at documenting processes and procedures.

1. Extremely organized. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
2. The ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines under pressure
3. Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving,
4. Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
5. Telecom experience, preferably with Business clients vs consumer

Nice to have skills:  
1. SalesForce.Com reporting experience
2. Degree or diploma
3. Bilingual, written and verbal – French and English
