• Provide strong project management of key Brand Office initiatives with internal and/or external creative partners including, but not limited to: 
o The client's calendar program 
o New brand identity guidelines and graphic standards 
o Roll out of an updated brand asset management website (BrandHub) and integration with new digital platform 
• Support the brand office team as it relates enterprise-wide questions related to brand guidelines, logo approvals, branded merchandise, and various marketing collateral 
• Support day-to-day, maintenance and updates of the brand website, including any content updates related to key projects launching 

Required Knowledge: 
• Very strong knowledge of Project Management principles, tools and techniques 
• Working knowledge of digital marketing principles including website management 
• Working knowledge of brand strategy, brand identity and design principles 
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite of software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Excellent knowledge of Google suite (Slides, Docs, Drive, Sites) 
Required Skills & Abilities: 
• Outstanding project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task 
• Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams 
• An ability to work in an extremely fast-based environment while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humour 
• Proven communication skills (verbal and written), including experience in training and presenting to a variety of audiences 
• Confident interpersonal skills, emphasis on articulation and persuasion. 
• Highly organized and detail oriented 
• Action-oriented drive, flexible and adaptable 

Required Professional Designation/Certification: 
• Undergraduate degree in marketing or related field 
Required Experience: 
• 4-6 years in a project manager role 
• Collaborating with external vendors, agencies and partners 
• Experience working with brand identity and brand management an asset
