As a member of the client's Global Partner Management team within Partner Solutions, you will be a key player, tasked with developing and delivering business performance information in support of our growth strategy. You will be accountable for analysis, requirements definition, implementation, documentation, testing, communication and process improvement on a medium to complex project, and will ensure continued alignment to project scope. 

The Business Analyst should have a strong understanding of computer systems. Additionally, you will successfully liaise across client's teams and external partners (where appropriate) to meet goals. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written). You will take initiative to constantly and consistently apply your analytical, project management, and relationship skills to ensure the success of this strategic project. 


Responsibilities: 
• Collaborate across various client's business units to gather and define business requirements 
• Analyze and document internal client business needs and recommend business solutions. 
• Document flows for current / proposed processes, workflows, and data flows. 
• Contribute to risk assessments and mitigation plans 
• Liaising with teams and interfacing with impacted business units, internal partners and/or vendors on cross-functional implementation activities to meet deliverables and influence decision making to maximize operational efficiencies with minimize downstream implications 
• Develop tangible plans, new tools and/or processes 
• Plan and facilitate discussions, meetings and working sessions, ensuring open and ongoing communication to support change management 
• Accountable for the introduction of processes and system changes for corporate and individual business unit initiatives through the assessment, definition, testing and implementation of business requirements 
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities within team and interface with internal client, impacted BUs and vendors 
• Provide business and systems expertise and complex support/analysis for problems including resolution, testing, implementation and communication
• Additional responsibilities as required to ensure successful processes 

Required Knowledge: 
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, business requirements definition, process mapping 
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry, specifically internet carriers, including market and regulatory dynamics 
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies 
• Good understanding of client's solutions sets and processes

Required Professional Designation/Certification: 
University degree in business administration, information systems, or equivalent and/or 3-5 years equivalent combination of experience and education 

Required Experience: 
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams 
• Strong project management skills 
• Experience working in fast paced continually changing environments

Must to have skills:
