  • Accountable for the planning & successful delivery of large projects with moderate risk, complexity and cross-functional business impact or multiple medium sized projects. 
  • Responsible for identifying and securing project resources and managing project schedules and budget to ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget and within agreed to scope, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. 
  • Defines project scope and deliverable, consistently adhering to predefined quality measurements to meet business needs and direction. 
  • Applies strong project management techniques and skills combined with a large complex business environment in the implementation of the solution. 
  • Accountable to the project stakeholders and/or other project managers applying strong leadership skills to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts. 
Solutions Delivered: Collaboration solutions, Video Conferencing solutions, Managed services, AV integration, experience with working with Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, Extron, MS Lync and other AV products, Cisco and Avaya UC Solutions, Contact Centre, LAN, WLAN and Cloud based telephony solutions.

Must to have skills:
• Experience managing projects of medium complexity in a Client Facing environment
• Experience with Deployment of UC & Network (LAN / WLAN) projects in a Client Facing environment
• Effective problem solver and change agent with the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and adjust to shifting priorities and rapid change
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• PMP certification
• 3-5 years of related experience

Nice to have skills:
• Technical knowledge (TELUS infrastructure, major TELUS services, basics of mainstream and enhanced data services)
• Experience with Managed Services
• Experience with Cloud based telephony solutions
• Experience managing Collaborations solutions and Video Conferencing solutions
• Experience with Cloud based telephony solutions
• ITIL Foundations certification is a benefit
• PMP certification is an asset
