Position Overview: 
The department is responsible for driving individual sales to employees and family members of selected clients' corporate clients. This new contract role will play a critical role in engaging the client and our fulfillment partners to gain access to the employees. The Project Manager will be ultimately responsible for achieving targeted EPP loading through rolling out the initial client engagement plus executing in-market activities, digital campaigns, on-site events and promotions to make these sales happen. We are looking for this motivated and experienced Program Manager to hit the ground running to drive EPP (Wireless and FFH) loading. 

The successful candidate in this position will execute the tactical plans, developed in coordination with the Sr. Marketing Manager, to engage the approved EPP customers and help broker access to the employees across Western Canada. You will support our offers strategy and quarterback a series of client engagements including pop-up sales events, working with a cross-functional team to bring pricing, offers, and promotions to life. You will play a highly visible role in helping acquire these new wireless and Home services customers. 

You will be managing day to day operations and execution with the Local Sales team, the EPP Product team, distribution channels both internal and dealer, and Customer marketing spanning across locations in BC, MB and Alberta. At the same time, this person will also help Identify and evaluate new initiatives and opportunities to support client's strategies to drive penetration with the target audience. 

Responsibilities 
1. Lead the execution of EPP market introduction to each targeted client including enabling us to access the employees. 
2. Prime & coordinate pop-up events including on site activities, hosting, demos, contracting staff and venues, mobile solutions showcase, etc. while working within a monthly budget to maximize value of the exposure. 
3. Build a strategy for an ongoing program/initiative/engagement going forward. (In co-ordination with Customer Marketing) 
4. Solicit, summarize and present feedback on individual campaigns, programs and/or initiatives recommend improvements. 
5. Present training and/or communication materials to internal and external stakeholders. 
6. Manage and be accountable for program budgets, work plans, documentation, execution and analysis of programs. 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 
• verbal and written communication skills. Required Proficiency Level: Advanced, excellent ability to drive conversations and steer to successful outcomes with critical client leaders. 
• Competently communicate ideas. Comfortable presenting to and influencing executive level audiences Required Proficiency Level: Intermediate 
• Proficient in Sales. Required Proficiency Level: confident advanced ability to present, negotiate, close and interact with the client executives, client’s representatives, dealer and sales reps at a VP level. 
• Budget management. Required Proficiency Level: basic 
• Marketing & Sales program execution 
• High attention to detail and ability to execute flawlessly under pressure 
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of projects to drive results 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Experience: 4 years + progressive experience in face to face Sales, event management or customer facing positions. with a solid understanding of sales, marketing strategies and tactics 

Required Professional Designation/Certification: 
• University degree from a recognized educational institute 
• Official Sales certification and any Salesforce.com experience desireable.

Must to have skills:
1. Ability to self manage/support and deliver objectives independently collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Proven corporate sales and / or B2B client facing marketing experience
3. Driven to achieve or exceed target objectives

Nice to have skills:
1. History / experience using Salesforce.com
2. Experience presenting to customers and internal stakeholders at a senior level. (Director or VP)
3. Prior telco experience desirable
