Responsibilities: 

Be accountable for the overall digital portfolio towards the realization of the digital vision, ensuring that our Customers First approach is followed 
Work with digital stream owners to ensure ROI targets are identified and tracked - make recommendations on how to adjust our investment strategy when outcomes are not reached or are at risk 
Support the evolution of our investment operating system - identify and manage key stakeholders to ensure maximization of our investments and interlock amongst various digital streams 
Support various strategic efforts across the digital team - be willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever needs to be done for us to be successful 
Link our portfolio management and strategic efforts to individual team members’ daily efforts - build strategy and vision into our ways of working 
Create / maintain / rebuild / challenge the digital roadmap & priorities 
Work with key stakeholders to translate complex technology challenges and opportunities into meaningful business stories 
Act as a customer experience and digital advocate and demonstrate passion and dedication to optimizing a digital-first end to end customer experience 
Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization 
Work with the dedicated cross-functional teams (design, tech, analytics, and other areas of our business) to identify, document and deliver changes in an agile delivery environment 
Work with teams across customer segments to optimize investments and business outcomes while maintaining the agility needed to respond to future customer and business needs 
Drive new and ongoing continuous improvement efforts across the digital team 

Required Skills and Abilities: 

3+ years in a Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting environment, with experience / exposure to digital strategy and demonstrated career progression 

OR 

5+ years in a strategic and digital/customer-focused role, ideally within the Communications or High Tech industries with demonstrated performance and career progression 

Prior experience in portfolio and investment management a strong asset 

Strong desire to roll your sleeves up and get things done is a must - no task it beneath you, you are willing to do whatever it takes to be successful 

Strong storytelling and presentation skills - ability to understand diverse audience and tune message, generate storyboard, develop materials, and communicate effectively to stakeholders, even under pressure 

Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and take charge of difficult situations - you are able to identify a set of options and a make recommendations on a particular course of action, even in great uncertainty 

Demonstrated experience communicating broad strategic initiatives to both key stakeholders and diverse internal teams 

Ability to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges with enthusiasm 

Experience navigating and partnering with a large and diverse stakeholder mix 

Ability to develop and articulate succinct business rationale supporting recommendations 

Highly organized and detail oriented
