Position Overview: 

The client's National Business Solutions team is looking for a Contracts Specialist to join this high-performing and dynamic team. The Contracts Specialist’s primary function will be to support the Sales and Corporate Pricing teams by delivering clear and simple contracts for client's corporate wireless customers and maintaining the contracts database. 
In addition, the Contracts Specialist support the continued transition of contract administration to Salesforce.com and will build relationships with key stakeholders in Sales and product teams to drive process improvements. 

Responsibilities: 
• Reviewing and preparing custom corporate agreements 
• Develop and position corporate wireless contracts working closely with the sales team and wireless Corporate Pricing team 
• Manage training of wireless sales teams in the development and processing of Corporate Client Agreements to ensure conformity with national procedures 
• Explaining contract processes, exposure and compliance terms to internal stakeholders 
• Maintaining Corporate agreement database and including key contract information for all corporate contracts 
• Develop strategy, scope and specifications or client's Corporate wireless service contracts including services offered and products 
• Evaluating contract performance to determine necessity of amending standard contract forms or processes to conform to regional market needs, corresponding business practices and market changes 

Required Experience: 
• 2-5 years’ experience in contract administration or management 
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar client management software an asset 
• Purchasing/Strategic Sourcing experience or designation an asset 
• Wireless industry experience and knowledge of telecommunications an asset 

Required Skills & Abilities: 
• Fluent in English and French (written and oral) 
• Confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment subject to demanding deadlines 
• Ability to maintain quality & timeliness of deliverables across a number of varied tasks and responsibilities 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence 
• Well-developed relationship-building and communication skills 
• Highly competent user of MS Office, particularly Word; 
Required Professional Designation/Certification: 
• University degree or college diploma or 2-5 years of relevant experience

Must have skills:
1. Bilingual, French/English written and oral
2 Contract administration experience (2 yrs)
3. Strong attention to detail

Nice to have skills:  
1. . Knowledge of SalesForce.com
2. Knowledge of the wireless industry
