Position Overview: 

The Client's Business Operations & CRM Enablement PMO team is a shared service team that focuses on supporting the core of the Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Assure and Care automation strategies. We use to support our Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Care, Assure and Data automation initiatives. Our team ensures that the business organization is maximizing the usage of our automation technology and delivering on our stakeholder’s needs.  

As a Sr. Developer, you will be responsible for implementing key components of a new and exciting Business/IT roadmap to advance our Client Relationship Management (CRM) strategy. Primarily using (SFDC) and other applications, you will support the team to transform design solutions into a working deliverable 

• Independently perform development, testing, implementation, and documentation as it relates to software and platform. 
• Design and implement enhancements including creation of custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, workflows. 
• Design, develop and maintain VisualForce, AppExchange, pages and integration with on premise or third party solutions using Web Services. 
• Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements. 
• Create and document technical requirements, design specifications, and unit/integration test plans for functional and technical completeness and accuracy. 
• Perform declarative configuration work as required to support business needs. 
Required Knowledge & Experience 
• 7+ years of experience in software development. 
• Application development using: APEX, Visual Force, HTML, Java Script, Informatica, SQL other programming languages 
• Minimum of 5 years as a SFDC system developer, or other platform management experience 
• Experience with in configuration, customization and reporting 
• Sales and Service Cloud implementations and enhancements (customization and configuration) 
• Salesforce app exchange product implementations 
• Possess an understanding of sales, marketing, care (support) processes 
• Database query and scripts.

• Bilingual (French and English) both in written and verbal communication preferred but not required 

Required Professional Designation / Certification 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science/related field or equivalent experience 
• Certified SFDC Developer

Must have skills:
1. Minimum of 5 years as a SFDC system developer with APEX, Visual Force, Salesforce Communities, HTML (Web Design), and API Integration
2. Self-starter, able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders, meet tight deadlines and tolerate change and ambiguity
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have skills:
