Our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to work in a 24/7 Environment, Ideal Candidate would 
  • Act as the "front-line" and to provide support to end users
  • Respond to telephone inquiries from end users in a pleasant, caring, professional and timely manner
  • Assist providers with their inquiries by providing accurate information and finding solutions to their inquiries
  • Advise pharmacists to retransmit claims that were not successfully transmitted
  • Collaborate with support teams to conduct extensive research on inquiries from providers
Qualifications
  • Bilingualism in English & French
  • Post-secondary education in a related field with good data entry and computer skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • You are a great teammate with the ability to accept responsibility and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment
