ITIL & Operation Specialist: 

Our client has signed a large deal with an important government organization. As part of this contract they need to produce documentation to explain how managed services are going to be provided to this government agency. Candidate must be an ITIL and Operation Specialist with very strong writing skills + very strong communication skills, someone who has experience dealing with government agency on large and complex projects. 

The person our client is looking for must be able to articulate and deliver documentation that will specifically detail how they will operate and support the HSM platform solution on behalf of WSIB. The person our client is looking for needs specific skills and experience by having done Outsourcing (Managed Services) strategic planning where an operator could totally take over all of the production aspect of such a solution. The candidate will have to work with third party partners as well as our client's business unit to put together all the relevant information. The detailed approach need to cover the following aspects:
