Marketing Automation Developer:

Brand & Customer Experience Marketing (B&E) is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Marketing automation developer to join the Marketing automation and Development team. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, you’ll join a dynamic and fast-paced team to help build a sustainable competitive advantage for Our Client and enable the company to deliver marketing campaigns across all lines of business faster and smarter. This role is an integral part of the team that will execute and deploy campaigns in support of business objectives, and will be play an integral role in enhancing Marketing technology.

You are an experienced Marketing automation developer with strong knowledge of marketing technology and have hands-on experience building Marketing tech integrations. You are passionate about marketing technology, and strive to deliver the best-in-class customer experience. You are highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, is an eager problem solver, and has the ability to work collaboratively with multiple subject matter experts.

Job description:
• Lead and execute technology integrations between Marketing systems, Databases, digital systems enabling the build of personalized and dynamic customer touch points
• Design trigger based journeys and workflows to deliver cross channel marketing capabilities
• Partner with Communication teams and creative agency to deliver development projects
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to provide recommendations on new technology and maximizing the effectiveness of all marketing channel performance and customer engagement
• Collaborate with data strategy and delivery teams to identify new datasets to build personalized journeys
• Partner with digital marketing team to integrate email programs and Adtech (DMP)
• Lead enhancement and adoption of Adobe campaign platform for marketing needs
• Accountable for providing technical leadership and contribute to system architecture to further define and develop email system, as well as other tech/back-end systems
• Be subject matter expert to identify scope of work and provide initial estimated timelines for projects
• Monitor and ensure organizations compliance with relevant CASL; anti-spam and privacy regulations
• Lead and support implementation of special web projects and initiatives as required

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience as system analyst or administrator expert in Adobe Campaign and/or similar MAP
• 5-7 years of experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, API Web development
• 3-4 years of experience building cross-channel marketing journeys (Ideation, planning, targeting, list generation, execution, measurement, recommendation)
• Proficient with SQL, Google Analytics, Omniture, Adobe Audience manager, Adobe target
• Familiar with REACT language
• Familiar with AI powered data solutions such as integrate.ai
• Competent in applying contact strategy, developing A/B testing and segmentation
• Ability to work diplomatically and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment • Experience establishing and maintaining cross functional relationships
