Job Description
  • Accountable for the planning & successful delivery on the integration of HR activities from an acquisition including team member onboarding and leader integration
  • Able to lead projects with moderate risk, complexity and cross-functional business impact or multiple medium sized projects.
  • Responsible for identifying and securing project resources and managing project schedules and budget to ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget and within agreed to scope, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Defines project scope and deliverables, consistently adhering to predefined quality measurements to meet business needs and direction.
  • Applies strong project management techniques and skills, combined with a complex HR environment, in the integration of the acquisition.
  • Accountable to the project stakeholders and/or other HR process and program managers applying strong leadership skills to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts.

Must have skills:
1. Project management experience – Design thinking, iterative and agile approaches
2. Working with multiple stakeholder groups and executive sponsors
3. Strong understanding of HR processes and policies
4. 
HR systems knowledge

Nice to have skills:
1. Experience with SAP and Success factors
2. Strong business readiness skills
3. Understanding of Mergers and Acquisitions lifecycle
4. Analytical
