Position Overview: 
The Salesforce System Administrator is a member of the Channel Operations team supporting a Salesforce instance used by over 1,000 users across various Channel Sales, Call Center and Order Entry teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of the platform, including configuration, customization, monitoring overall performance, the implementation of applications and third-party integrations. The position also includes collaborating with business partners, stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Salesforce that support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement. 

• Perform ongoing Salesforce administration (activating Users, creating profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.) 
• As required, conduct modifications or development of new Salesforce functionality to enhance performance of business processes including, but not limited to, Object design, Page Layouts, Workflows, Approval Processes, Apex Classes & Triggers. 
• Manage the process of implementing vendor designed improvements and new functionality in to Salesforce. Act as a Salesforce consulting resource to various external and vendor project teams. 
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce Dashboards, Reporting and Analytics to monitor all sales activity and results from various sales and customer support teams. 
• Work directly with a software vendor with regards to support issues and problem troubleshooting. Actively involved in reviewing, assessing and evaluating application updates with the development team to ensure optimal performance 
• Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues 
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications 
• Build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with client 
• Participate and engage in all team meetings 
• Document best practices and operational procedures 
• Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment. 

Required Skills: 
Must have 3 + years of experience as a Administrator and Developer 
Must have experience in working with Sales cloud/Service cloud 
Must have historical and proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, APIs, SoQL & Unit testing 
Experience using Data Loader 
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences 
Ability to speak and write English fluently 
Ability to produce high quality technical documentation and analysis 

Desired Skills: 
Experience in building Lightning applications and using Lightning Design system, Lightning Implementations 
Knowledge and ability to write Web Services. REST api preferred. 
Salesforce Communities experience 
Einstein (formerly Wave) Analytics knowledge/experience preferred. 
Experience with Informatica Cloud 
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira) 

Must to have skills:
1. 3 + years of experience as a Administrator and Developer  
2. Experience in working with Sales cloud, Service cloud, and/or Community Cloud  
3. Ability to produce high quality technical documentation and analysis
4. Fluent English
