Responsible for medium sized, complex projects 
Provides overall direction to the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of a project. Plans and manages all aspects of a project including, but not limited to, scope, execution, and budget 
Manages projects comprised of multiple sub-projects and tasks. Evaluates project deliverable changes and determines their impact on related and interdependent tasks and projects 
Develops detailed project plans. Monitors and controls project plan. Conducts status reviews with team leaders and management. 
Identifies variances and initiates corrective action to stay on target. 
Resolves and/or ensures appropriate resolution of all business and technical issues 
Identifies and manages risks associated with the project. Develops and executes contingency plan 
Negotiates changes in scope, budget or calendar with Project Owner and/or management 
Performs analysis of schedule, regarding resources, costs and task completion. 
Maintains effective communication of status with Project Owner, management, and the team

Experience in managing the delivery of IT infrastructure such as LAN, WLAN and VoIP Unified Communications
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects within strict scope, budget and timeline constraints.
• Superior oral and written communication skills; superior interpersonal skills and ability to influence. Ability to exercise patience, tact, diplomacy and discretion.
• Able to translate technology issues into business terminology and visa-versa
• Able to deal with complex business or technical issues and make appropriate trade-offs/escalations as required, while maintaining an overall project or program perspective
• Possesses expert analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze a component or components of a process to optimize system functionality.
• Rigorously manages project scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time, cost, and quality parameters, with an enterprise perspective.
• Computer-based project scheduling/management experience (e.g. MS Project) is required. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Nice to have skills
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Sound business supported by previous technical experience.
• Continuously improves program/project processes in order to ensure the best possible deliverable outcome to improve overall efficiency

Analyser le calendrier en fonction des ressources, des coûts et du niveau d'exécution des tâches 
Communiquer efficacement la progression du projet au propriétaire du projet, à la direction et aux équipes responsables
