Client Capital Markets IT is looking for a mid-level Project Manager with a special focus on managing project financials for DROIT implementation associated with FICC business. An ideal candidate is a self-starter, smart, hungry and passionate about various aspects of project management - including financials management. The candidate should have excellent communication, organization and time management skills. Commitment to the project success and customer satisfaction would be a must.

Responsibilities
Manage project/program financial forecasts/actuals in Client budget management tools
· Ensure financial forecasts in Client tools are up to date and reflective of best information available
· Be a single point of contact for any inquiries related to forecasts in financials management tools
· Complete recoveries during the monthly recovery cycle
· Manage overall administration / infrastructure pertaining to new hire requests, including EITS, MIS, ROAR, Seat / Desk, etc.
· Manage project communication with internal and external stakeholders, including status reporting
· Provide scheduled / adhoc status updates, reflecting milestones specific status / team achievements, to various stakeholders in a timely manner
· Manage monthly newsletter on Client portal to communicate team achievements
· Manage SharePoint, Confluence, Connect sites for the program through stakeholder communication
· Develop, execute, control & monitor project plans, scope and budget, per program priorities
· Track / monitor project action items with cross-functional teams to closure
· Identify, assess and manage risks towards project success leveraging various techniques
· Manage project RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) logs

Qualifications

Bachelors / Masters Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or other relevant university discipline
· Experience in Capital Markets IT accompanied with good understanding of
o Project Management Life cycle
o Project Financial Forecasting and Cost Management
o Change Management
o Executive Reporting
o Relationships Management
· Strong communications skills. Excellent verbal and written English skills are critical for success in this role
· Thrives in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a demanding work environment subject to a variety of pressures and constraints
· Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel
· Ability to work well with cross functional / multi geography teams effectively
· PMP certification would be a huge plus
