  • Matching desk ID to pre-imaged and tagged PCs
  • Removing existing PC and mounting hardware
  • Installation of mounting hardware to PC and desk (8 screws);
  • Installation of PC;
  • Installation of new monitor(s) on some desks
  • Remove old and install new power bar (5 screws)
  • Unpackaging cable management tray and installation (4 screws)
  • Cable management - cable routing to a pre-defined standard
  • User profile migration
  • Recording asset tags numbers for asset tracking
  • Receives sign off from end user;
  • Advises E-Comm Service Desk of the install;
  • Moving the old PC to internal storage area;
  • Disposing of packaging materials;
  • We don’t need technical gurus, we need capable, reliable, candidates with manual dexterity;
  • Requires doing the work while crouching, bending, and / or crawling under the desk for the majority of the work
  • Requires the use of drill, screw driver (manual or electric), pliers, work light, and other basic tools (provided along with safety equipment)
  • Candidate's must be extremely comfortable, and have a strong track record with, client-facing customer service, as the majority of this assignment is client-facing.
