The Laneway Manager will provide integral support and the implementation of initiatives that support the strategy in the following areas: 
• Manage / schedule Laneway deliveries 
• Develop exceptional day-to-day service to our team members & other key stakeholders 
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords/property managers and external vendors 
• Provide first level problem resolution of low-medium complexity 
The role includes management of various external resources, consultants, and contractors and reports directly into the Senior Project Manager of the Laneway 

• Providing first level problem resolution and analysis with a recommended resolutions to our landlords and property managers in a fast paced environment 
• Efficient management of three loading bay areas, coordinating extremely high volume of deliveries within tight timeframes 
• Single point of contact for laneway tenants regarding loading dock deliveries 
• Building and enhancing strong relationships with laneway key stakeholders and vendors including resolving issues and challenges and identifying strategic opportunities 
• Developing and delivering communication strategies to ensure efficient communication surrounding last minute and ongoing projects, events and other activities in the laneway 
• Providing insights and recommendations to strategic changes or modifications to various projects 
• Supporting laneway events as needed 
• Process improvement & daily work task delivery 

• Known as an exceptional communicator, collaborative, innovative and process-improvement focused 
• Regarded as a confident communicator and builder of strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including vendors 
• Respected as having strong organizational and administrative skills 
• Recognized for your record of successfully managing multiple, concurrent projects and priorities including risk management, and delivering on commitments 
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours as required by specific events 
• 3 or more years of coordinator / scheduling and/or administrative experience 
• Understanding of client values and business objectives 
• Ability to work extended hours 
• 3 or more years of coordinator / scheduling and/or administrative experience

1. Strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills
2. Strong organizational, customer service and project management skills
3. High degree of project management skills in leading all aspects of project delivery including, initiation, planning and execution and close out with a focus on Risk Management

1. Extensive experience in implementing programs in a large complex business environment
2. Experience in financial analysis, budget management and modeling skills
