Job description: 
We are looking for a Sales Engineering Support Specialist. You will support our Account managers and Sales engineers in the pre-sales process. You will work closely with the sales engineer in prequalification of services and also follow up with downstream engineering teams for costs and construction estimates. 

You must: 
- Be very comfortable with technology 
- Be knowledgeable of IP and networking 
- Be able to work independently 
- Be able to take direction, but also see beyond the basic ask 
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit 
- Understand basic business concepts such as Revenue/Cost, Net Present Value, Profit Margin, etc. 
- Have a strong dedication to customer service 

Education: 
New or recent engineering, computer science or technical diploma graduate. 

Field of study: 
Telecommunications 

Skills: 
- MS Excel 
- MS Word 
- MS PowerPoint 
- MS Visio is an asset

Top 3 must have skills:
1. Knowledgeable on IP and network infrastructure
2. Ability to learn quickly and work independently
3. Comfortable with technology and different applications
