Post-Merger Integration (PMI) is a functional team within Corporate Development. PMI's objective is to immediately unlock the full value potential of acquired organizations or divested lines of business by quickly integrating/separating different functions, processes, systems and cultures while maintaining business momentum without any negative impacts to customers and employees. We facilitate the creation of the integration/separation plans and budgets of the acquisition or divestiture targets in the pre-merger phase and provide support for managing and accelerating the implementation required to integrate the companies or separate the lines of business while capturing value in a sustainable fashion in the post-close phase. You will be required to work closely with/in support of a team of Senior Program Managers, providing coordination, communication and control functions within integration/separation programs.

 1. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels with clients, vendors and internal teams
 2. Effective at communicating information in written or verbal situations with clarity, and displays developing presentation skills; able to engage in open and trustworthy conversations regardless of level; displays developing skills in effective listening and questioning techniques
 3. Able to manage changing priorities/tight deadlines effectively in a very fast paced environment

Top 3 nice to have skills:
 1. Valued for your 4-6 years in project management using project management methodologies, principles and practices
 2. Understanding of client internal processes, programs and systems
 3. Experience with post-merger integration/M&A processes and principles
