In this role, as a key member of our client Health team, you will be at the forefront of providing excellent customer support as it relates testing, educating, providing timely follow-up and, implementation activities. In this position you will be joining a growing team of Analysts, transforming & converting health data for Canadian doctors to a client EMR (Electronic Medical Record). As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for: 
• Meeting with clients to conduct requirements gathering and perform over teleconference 
• Facilitating data review sessions with Physicians 
• Assessing impacts and trends of potential client pain points to propose feasible solutions to the data team 
• Ensuring internal and external customers receive timely and accurate project information and status updates 
• Handling all migration issues with tact and diplomacy, working as an advocate for our internal and external clients 
• Developing excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels to build consensus 
• Follow up on the outcome of data issues found during review sessions 
• Working with various teams to identify roadblocks, resolve issues, track go-live dates and ensure timely completion for each project 
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and build processes to be pro-active in addressing providers and data technology issues 
• Managing and co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously with ability to work at a micro and/or macro level, depending upon the immediate need. 
• Establish reporting guidelines for validations and monitor outcomes

• Medical experience or clinical workflow an asset 
• Awareness of data migration standards 
• French (an asset) 

Required Experience: 
• 2 years of minimum experience working with EMRs or Clinical Data or Clinical Workflow or Healthcare industry

Must have skills: (please at least 3 skills/exp):
