As a Product Specialist within the Emerging markets group in Client Partner Solutions, you will have an amazing opportunity to work alongside an energetic and eager team that works together to achieve outstanding results! You will assist managing international accounts and ensuring client satisfaction at every encounter. 

Responsibilities include: 
• Validate requests with Pre-Sales & internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer requirement information 
• Support the onboarding of new international customers in the Client operational and billing systems 
• Intake customer orders and service requests and ensure timely processing for order completion and service delivery 
• Prepare and process orders for end-to-end provisioning, and update customer profiles as required. 
• Maintain and track history of customer orders, requests and profile changes 
• Monitor orders and follow up with others on due dates and escalate when required 
• Interfacing with various Client tools and systems as required. 
• Support customer issues and queries and forward to relevant people as required 
• Support the effective evolution and continuous improvement of our systems and processes 
• Provide proactive insight to the product team to support requirements and roadmap development for wireless and IOT products within the Emerging portfolio 
• Ongoing coordination and alignment of wireless product pricing with other internal business units and product teams 
• Support monthly billing and settlements with customers 
• Lead major process changes with accountable sub-process owners 
• Lead the resolution of production and service delivery issues with top priority; lead escalation of systemic customer issues 
• Analyze and anticipate market, client and technology trends and adapt product offering accordingly by creating business plans and presenting recommendations to key business stakeholders 
• Lead and collaborate on cross-functional teams across all business units to manage margin, enable product/service delivery, methods to better support product, and support the delivery of integrated customer solutions through the effective stakeholder management
