Role Overview 

An Inside Sales Administrator/Coordinator position supports the sales team by managing the data that is entered into the CRM and the data that is sent to clients to ensure that it is accurate and complete. In addition, the Inside Sales Adminstrator/Coordinator follows up with clients who have outstanding forms to complete and processes the final orders. 
They may also be responsible for “live answer” the Inside Sales toll free number and assign cases to other team members. 
The Inside Sales Administrator works directly with the inside sales team, the implementation team and customers directly. The Inside Sales administrator will report directly to the Manager, Inside Sales and Customer Solutions. 

• Managing Sales Leads 
• Credit checks on prospective and existing clients 
• Follows up with clients to ensure all forms and paperwork are suitably filled out and signed. 
• CRM (Salesforce) data entry 
• Answer toll free number for client inquiries 

• Graduate in a related field such as: 
o Business Management 
o Technology management 
o Health Informatics 
o Economics 

Skills & Abilities 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with technology 
• Previous experience with CRM (especially Salesforce) tools is an asset. 
• Previous experience with healthcare (clinic or government organization) is an asset 
• Comfortable with numbers 
• Detailed oriented 

Required Professional Designation/Certification 
• Education in a related field or equivalent work experience; 

Must have skills: (please at least 3 skills/exp):
• Previous experience in a customer service/facing role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with technology
• Previous experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)

Nice to have skills: (please at least 3 skills/exp):
• Previous experience in managing input of extensive forms and legal/administrative tasks
• Experience with healthcare environment (doctors, clinics, hospitals)
