Primary Job Responsibilities: 
• Design, implement maintainable code, complete programming and perform testing/debugging of software applications 
• Comply with established development guidelines and standards 
• Investigate and correct software issues with the application 
• Provide technical support for the application and its’ environment 
• Assist in Deployment of production releases 
• Participate in designing new enhancements 
• Other duties, as needed, to participate in the company’s continued success and growth 

Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent 
4-5 year software development design experience 
• 3+ Years of experience in .NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, MS SQL, WCF and LINQ 
• 2+ Years of experience in AngularJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML/HTML5, JSON, and JQuery 
• A strong knowledge of MS-SQL Enterprise, and T-SQL would be an asset 
• Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel 
• Able to work and collaborate well in an agile project team 
• Able to facilitate UAT and QA testing 
Great-to-haves: 
• Application support experience, or other direct client interaction experience 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, quickly and efficiently 
• Professional business manner 
• Experience in Employee Benefits industry

Must have skills: (please at least 3 skills/exp):
1. 4-5 year software development design experience in .NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, MS SQL, WCF and LINQ
2 2+ Years of experience in AngularJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML/HTML5, JSON, and JQuery
3. 2+ Years of UI design (HTML5)

Nice to have skills: (please at least 3 skills/exp):
1. A strong knowledge of MS-SQL Enterprise, and T-SQL would be an asset
2. Experience in Employee Benefits industry
3. Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel
