As the Digital Content Writer (UX), you’ll play a key role in creating seamless digital experiences for our customers by writing engaging content. Application of plain language comes easy to you, and you’re well-versed in micro-copy. As a natural storyteller and conversation designer, you understand how to turn complex business problems into on-brand, customer-focused copy. 
In your role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our written communications are clear, relevant, and jargon-free – and most importantly, matches our brand voice and tone. Our content writers pair with our content strategists to help other teams design great content, along with demonstrating industry expertise so that our content practice scales faster. 

What you’ll be responsible for: 
• Delivering on-brand, well-written marketing copy for web 
• Delivering micro copy that enhances the customer experience based on data, research and the latest user experience best practices 
• Support the content strategist and their role in designing leading experiences 
• Creating and providing content recommendations that reduces customer effort and increases usability 
• Working alongside our Content Strategist and other team members to build a great product and deliver on seamless end to end experiences 
• Contributing to our editorial and voice and tone standards across our products 
• Facilitating discussions around your work and its iterations 
• Leveraging your skills in research and interpretation of web analytics to uncover insights to meet outcomes through content 

What you’ll need to be successful: 
• Digital copywriter or content writer with experience working with user experience, content strategy & design teams 
• Have a body of work that demonstrates depth of skill of writing digital copy 
• Be someone who can gracefully give and receive feedback 
• Familiarity with content strategy best practices, user experience (UX) and SEO 
• Hyper-focused on delivering great customer experiences aligned to business outcomes 
• Passionate about modern content practices and methodologies 
• Thrive working in a highly-collaborative, lean, agile environment 
• Well-versed in the interplay between business, technical and customer needs within the context of creating online content experiences 
• Highly detail oriented and organized, with exceptional analytical skills 
• Able to communicate content strategy rationale and build consensus 
• Understand the importance of creating accessible content and how that applies to WCAG 2.0 AA principles

Must to have skills:
