Recruitment professionals identify talent needs and recruiting channels, source and screen candidates, hire qualified candidates, and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires. Recruiters are accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. He/she administers the recruiting process for a small recruiting demand plan or provides assistance in administering the recruiting process for a medium to large recruiting demand plan. 

Key responsibilities: 
• Interacts on a timely basis with the client to understand specific hiring requirements 
• Develops hiring and sourcing approaches in consultation with client and client subject matter experts. This may include determining and managing the appropriate channels/ media for the most effective solution to meet requirements 
• Acts as a recruitment subject matter expert and champion client standard delivery solution 
• Executes and monitors sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities 
• Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to hiring manager for review 
• Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies 
• Provides feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates 
• Extends and negotiates offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation 
• Communicates results and organizes start dates with client and candidate 
• Provides regular updates and feedback to managers 
• Ensures the recruitment process/lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire 
• Monitors SLAs, client dependencies, key operational metrics, and process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate 
• Uses client recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation 
• Works with other recruiters, operations management or workforce planning teams to understand short- and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts for area of responsibility • Interacts on a timely basis with the internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements 
• May develop, execute and measure sourcing approaches in consultation with subject matter experts including: o Develops and maintains data mining approaches using advanced search techniques o Executes legally compliant job postings to internet and print sites, performing refreshes or removing as required o Understands the key outcomes of sourcing activities (e.g., hires produced, effort and cost expended) and make adjustments to maximize return on investment o Keeps up to date with channel management activities and potential use of new sourcing channels (social networking sites, web 2.0 technologies, etc.) 
• May review resumes and determine if they are a potential fulfillment of a position and provide pre-qualified candidates that align to demand requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for management consulting roles, with focus on at least 1 of the following areas: - Resources; - Products; - Financial Services (FS) Consulting roles: Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, Insurance, Finance Transformation, Operational Risk, Regulatory and Compliance, Risk Analytics, Distribution and Marketing) - Management Consulting roles; - Health and Public Sector.
• Taleo systems experience • Strong relationship management skills
