A professional at this position level within client has the following responsibilities and duties, but are not limited to: 
• Assisting in the data cleanup of electronic and physical corporate records 
• Classifying paper and electronic records according to records retention schedule 
• Preparing records for storage 
• Additional duties as requested 
It is currently our objective to assign our people to work near where they live. However, given the nature of our business and our need to serve our clients our employees must be available to travel when needed.

Additional Job Details:

• University Degree or College Graduate
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field or any experience with Records Management in a large organization, preferably Government or Crown Corporation
• Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with databases and filing/retrieval systems

• Bilingual – English and French (BBB Rating) 
• MUST HAVE: Canada Federal Secret Security Clearance (“Security Clearance Status") valid for at least 2 years 
• Should be based out of Ottawa
