Role Responsibilities:

Business Lead/ SME role
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and planned business analysis activities in collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of end to end business processes and project requirements through close partnership with key business stakeholders
  • Address and resolve business issues related to projects, which may include a review of current requirements, assessing multiple options and making recommendations.
UAT Test Manager Role
  • Coordinate the appropriate parties including external vendors to execute the overall test plan for project
  • Create Test Plans and Test Case data for UAT
  • Work with key participants from business and technology to support test execution, environment support, defect triage, and secure resource allocations
  • Provide estimates for UAT cycles and determine the overall UAT schedule and calendar, and prioritizing test execution
  • Providing ongoing monitoring and oversight of test progress, and managing escalations as required
  • Prioritize defects and resolution, lead daily defect calls, manage deployments on go-live dates 
  • Develop and manage the Project UAT Strategy and Plan in accordance with project scope and schedule
  • Create & review Test Cases to ensure traceability to user requirements and developed UAT Exit Report
  • Escalate issues to project and/or PMO leadership as deemed appropriate
Must-Have Skills:
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst
• Experience in a bank/financial institution is key
• Experience designing and leading UAT testing
• Experience in a business facing capacity within the automation/centralization space is a plus 
• Knowledge of term investments and mutual funds is a plus
• Experience liaising with multiple internal groups, including PMs, Technology, Legal and Compliance
• Strong understanding of technology systems-
• Ability to quickly understand multiple downstream systems and cross-project impacts,  business gating
Experience in preparing material for decision forums and executive steering committees

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous client experience would be very nice to have, particularly if they’ve worked on similar Digitization projects in the past
