Lead strategic programs spanning growth strategy, planning and operational excellence 
• Support and drive the development and execution on programs that capture gaps, gap closure options and implementation plans for our biggest transformational projects 
• Develop data-driven models that are used at an executive level for decision making 
• Validate hypotheses through analytical rigor, collaborating across business functions, segments, routs to market and countries ensure inclusion and data integrity 
• Research, analyze and recommend course of action that directly contribute to initiative outcomes 
• Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance 
• Prepare communication materials (primarily in PowerPoint) that follow a logically reasoned, data-supported approach, allowing executives to understand the detail linked to the big picture 
• Actively participate in enhancing organizational data sources, knowledge management repositories, and best practice orientation 
• Lead critically important, higher impact, time-sensitive efforts to support BSE Sales evolution, strategies and opportunities 
• Remove obstacles and drives fundamental change to achieve efficiencies 
• Deals with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between BSE Sales senior leadership and other constituencies, primarily internally 
• Supports key Transformation efforts as work evolves and progresses – This role is critical to sales program and change management efforts. 

Required knowledge: 
Demonstrated effectiveness consulting with Senior Management across complex organizational boundaries 
• A solid leader of consulting best practice and a driver for bringing projects back on track 
• Deep knowledge/expertise of business models, industry competitive benchmarks and 'transformational' alignment of resources to desired outcomes 
• Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills 
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage major projects to successful completion 
• Demonstrated drive, confidence and calculated risk-taking 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-focus orientation; Able to develop presentations through logical reasoning and structuring 
• Demonstrated facilitation and project management skills 
• Ability to cultivate strong internal and external network of personal relationships to identify issues and opportunities and provides positive, best-in-class perspectives to others (e.g., executive team)

Required Experience: 
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent in education and experience 
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a diverse range of business functions in a high tech environment 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, project management, business analytics or a related function in industry (e.g., strategy, planning, operations)
