As a Marketing Specialist, you will be managing the regional show home strategy, ensuring our partners have the marketing and communication support required. You'll be part of a fast-paced team that looks to deliver results in a condensed time frame. 


Manage regional show home strategy: 

o Develop strong rapport with customer care staff and act as key marketing contact. 
o Ensure Presentation Sales Centre is fully equipped with updated collateral & marketing communications. 
o Provide ongoing support and initial education for customer care staff regarding the benefits for new residents moving into a building powered by client PureFibre. 
o Complete regular visits to show homes to ensure staff are trained and able to communicate/explain exclusive client offers. 
o Provide ongoing support to staff for client interactive displays and act as key contact for any support or training required. 
o Collaborate with show home launch to ensure sales centre has client PureFibre marketing materials 
o Identify opportunities to partner on any exciting or new activities to increase brand exposure. 
o Drive awareness and help promote traffic to new app and New Home website to drive new loading opportunities. 
o Help design new marketing sales promotions/incentives to reward and engage show suite Staff. 

Marketing and communications for Developers/Home Builders 
o Provide support to Channel Managers and ensure all developers have necessary marketing materials. 
o Develop new strategies/mini campaigns to drive new sales. 
o Monitor and track sales penetration by community. 
o Support segmented marketing strategies (targeting Large, Medium, Small Developers). 
o Act as a brand ambassador on behalf of the client New Growth Markets team and maintain strong interlock with Channel Managers & marketing primes. 

Marketing Event Prime 
o Act as event lead and project manager, overseeing logistical & planning details (ie: Future Home Breakfast, Innovation Centre Events, Executive Developer Events). 
o Manage catering, venue booking, invites, RSVP tracking, onsite branding, etc. 
o Manage client promo times and monitor stock levels. 
o Order client swag/promo material/banners, etc. 
o Manage storage for promo material, etc 
o Provide onsite support at sponsored industry/association events (ie: CHBA, UDI, Buildex, etc). 

Additional Support 
o Organize lobby events with interlock across the Broadband Network team 
o Review marketing analytics by region to gauge consumer success and patterns by region 
o Manage regional budget 
o Provide marketing team with intel on upcoming projects and opportunities in the community 

Required Knowledge: 
• Solid understanding of client PureFibre and the services and features that client provides to consumer customers

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent research skills and a passion for event planning

Required Professional Designation/Certification: 
• Undergraduate degree in marketing considered an asset 
• Business analysis or project management certification considered an asset

• At least one years in a high-performing, fast-paced team
