At Client we’re building a brilliant digital future for Canadians and we need you to help us do that.  As a Project Manager working in our Access Network Implementation team you will focus on managing and monitoring the progress of multiple, large scale network Implementation projects.  Using current project management methodology you will Drive projects through acquisition, design, development, construction, testing and implementation.  If you have a passion for project management and are comfortable with Network centric technologies then this role is right for you.

What you’ll be doing
•       Manage and monitor the progress of multiple, large scale Network Implementation projects including financials, reporting to high level management
•       Plan and facilitate cross-functional team meetings to ensure that all project deliverables and critical dates are met.
•       Drive projects through acquisition, design, development, construction, testing and implementation stages.
•       Secure the necessary approvals from the impacted departments for the project scope, project plan and work breakdown structure.
•       Supporting the development of Business Cases, Commitment Authorizations, and Business Requirements for Senior Leadership approval.
•       Partner with functional teams i.e.: RE, Planning, Engineering, Operations and Procurement groups to ensure that all process development, testing, communication, job-aids, training , documentation, etc. are delivered prior to launch, as well as, throughout construction, testing and implementation.
•       Provide management with regular project status updates, and escalate issues where appropriate to ensure that all critical dates are met.
•       Conduct and document post-implementation reviews.
•       Post-secondary education in business or related discipline preferred.
•       Well versed in project management concepts and applications.

What you have
•       5+ years Project Management experience.
•       3 years Wireless and or Wireline Project Management experience.
•       Experience dealing with internal and external contractors companies.
•       Highly motivated and very proactive individual with demonstrated capability to effectively deliver multiple simultaneous large scale projects with tight deadlines.
•       Skilled working knowledge of Project Management tools such as MS Office/Project timelines and tracking as well as Excel, PowerPoint and other Office 365 programs.
•       Gathers relevant information quickly, makes timely decisions and responds to challenges decisively.
•       Strategic-thinker, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
•       Strong collaborative relationship management skills with a variety of stakeholders including landlords, independent telecommunications consultants, tenants, contractors, building managers, engineering firms, etc.
•       Strong negotiation, influencing, decision-making and dispute resolution skills.
•       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to present to top management.
•       Ability to multitask and handle multiple simultaneous large projects based on priorities and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
•       Excellent attention to detail and organizational skill.
•       Team player with excellent proven multitasking abilities 
•       Engineering degree with PMP, Radio Frequency, Fiber and microwave transmission with rooftop and cellular tower experience a definite asset.
