As a Customer implementation Specialist within the Emerging markets group in Client Partner Solutions, you will assist managing international accounts and ensuring client satisfaction at every encounter. 

Responsibilities include: 
• Validate requests with Pre-Sales & internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer requirement information 
• Support the on-boarding of new international customers in the Client operational and billing systems 
• Intake customer orders and service requests and ensure timely processing for order completion and service delivery 
• Prepare and process orders for end-to-end provisioning, and update customer profiles as required. 
• Maintain and track history of customer orders, requests and profile changes 
• Monitor orders and follow up with others on due dates and escalate when required 
• Interfacing with various Client tools and systems as required. 
• Support customer issues and queries and forward to relevant people as required 
• Support the effective evolution and continuous improvement of our systems and processes 
• Aligning and revising customer pricing as per product strategy 
• Support monthly billing and settlements with customers 

What YOU Bring: 
• Undergraduate degree, similar post-secondary degree or equivalent experience 
• Experience in a customer service delivery and operations environment 
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
• Proficiency in MS Office products 
• Strong organizational skills complimented by a solid commitment to client satisfaction 
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities 
• Ability to live the core Client Values 
• Ability to manage and adapt to ambiguous situations
