Seeking a Tech Support resource to support clients internal employee base (FTE, contractors & vendors) for assistance with hardware or software issues. This person will be predominantly using chat (80%) and phone (20%) support in a 24/7 environment.
 
Here’s what we’re looking for:
-              Fully bilingual in French/English, with strong written and verbal skills in both languages
-              Strong typing skills
-              Strong experience with Microsoft applications and Office 365 suite
-              Hardware exp (Lenovo laptops, desktops, peripherals, Android/iOS)
-              Networking exp (Wi-Fi, internet, VPN)
-              Ticketing systems (ideally Servicenow)
-              Reliable, punctual
-              Flexible and open to working in a collaborative environment
-              Must be open to working on a scheduled rotation (morning/afternoon/evening/overnight sifts)
 
Nice to Have:
-              MCSE, CCNA and/or A+ Certification
-              Prior experience in a call center environment
-              Previous chat/instant message support experience would be a bonus
