Junior Real Estate Lease Coordinator

Seeking an individual who has Real Estate Document Management skills 2+ year experience needed.  In this role the following required skills or experience is required.
  • Review Manage and track approx., 1500 sites ( critical dates, venue type, equipment count etc.,)
  • Understand the Terms and Conditions of a legal document
  • Draft Renewal notice letters
  • Draft Amending Agreements and review Amending Agreements for accuracy from SAQ
  • Stick handle the Agreement Execution department process
  • Liaison with Legal for any review if needed
  • Understand and follow the Approval process in the department to proceed to renew a document
  • Maintain Each Document any related correspondence in our shared drive
  • Lease abstract information into data base
  • Document Contacts tracked and saved
  • Weekly Reporting to Senior leadership team
  • Liaison between, SAQ and Construction
  • Tracking of each termination clause and restoration clause
  • Handle Access issues for deployment and ops when required
  • Implementation into Service Now Data Base
  • Insurance Certificates
  • Financial tracking and requesting recurring fees/rents to our finance depart
