Position Overview: 

The Brand & Customer Experience Marketing team is looking for a driven individual to assist with budget management, financial planning and analysis. You’ll join a dynamic and fast-paced team with an opportunity to learn and grow your career. 

As a Marketing Budget Specialist, you will be at the intersection of financial and operational planning and will work with leaders across all areas of the business to understand priorities, operational capabilities and invoicing requirements. You will help manage the national Advertising & Promotions budget for the Brand & Customer Experience Marketing team, and will support the team on financial forecasting, invoice tracking, and month-end processes. 

Responsibilities: 
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers across the Mobility and Home Solutions portfolios to forecast and help manage the national mass media budget 
- Work with clients’ marketing agencies to track and approve invoices, ensuring all media invoices align with signed media purchase agreements 
- Open purchase requisitions and monitor purchase orders to ensure the team stays on forecast 
- Assist team members with budget, invoicing, and SAP related questions and/or issues 
- Consolidate and summarize financial data to be used in executive level decks 
- Proactively identify process issues and work to develop and implement solutions 

Required Knowledge & Experience: 
- Budget management and financial acumen a must 
- Strong organizational and project management skills 
- Ability to digest, simplify and easily share financial data across an organization 
- Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies and practices 
- Experience with financial forecasting 

Required Skills & Abilities: 
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PPT); working knowledge of SAP or large ERP systems is a plus 
- Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise way 
- Highly organized and detailed oriented 
- Proven ability to manage processes 
- Passion for excellence, strong work ethic and solutions-oriented 
- Fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit 
- Demonstrated ability to work with peers in a cross-functional setting 

Required Professional Designation/Certification: 
- Undergraduate or college degree in marketing, business or equivalent
