SAP Technical Lead:
A professional at this position level within client has the following responsibilities:
  • Provides technical solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Involves in setting strategic and tactical directions to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
  • Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within client, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
  • Explains technology architecture design principles, implementation options, benefits, risks and costs.
  • Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
  • Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
  • Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within client.
Basis Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Technical Architecture and NetWeaver technologies including SSO, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Backup and Recovery
  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Basis
  • Working experience in leading technical implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, Suite on HANA or HANA database
  • Experience with S/4 HANA roadmap and assessment
  • Experience with the implementation of Fiori and other SAP UI technologies
  • Experience with SAP Integration technologies including SAP PO/PI, Data Services, HANA Smart Data Integration and SAP LT
  • Experience with Cloud infrastructure offerings for SAP to include AWS, Azure, HEC or GCP
  • Experience with Tooling required to support SAP programs, Performance test approach and tuning and Business process and technical monitoring (e.g., Solution Manager, automated test suite, Splunk, etc.)
  • Experience with implementation of SAP Security concepts, including Governance, Risk and Compliance / SOX
