To drive focus in this market, client has created a dedicated Small Business Solutions (SBS) organization that is responsible for operations, marketing and sales execution, driving long-term strategic priorities, and new product introductions. The Channel Strategy & Enablement (CS&E) team has a mandate to support our sales teams and vendors, and is responsible for channel structure; economics, rep onboarding, and sales ordering system and process improvement. 

Within CS&E, we are the Sales Experience Design team. Our focus is on building systems and processes that drive the best possible experience for our users. We partner closely with our stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of our user needs, and we focus relentlessly on delivering solutions that will meet those needs. Here’s what the role is: 

As a Business Analyst II reporting to the Manager, Products & Services (Sales Experience Design), you’ll be the end-to-end owner of our leads generation funnel. This includes ensuring leads are seamlessly captured into our systems and passed through to the right sales team, providing stakeholders with fast and accurate performance reporting, and even designing your own initiatives to drive new leads. 

Here’s what you get to work on: 

• Partner with our marketing teams to ensure leads are being seamlessly captured, and passed through to the right sales team 
• Development of insightful salesforce reporting dashboards across multiple channels, to help our teams manage to targets 
• Work with key channel stakeholders to optimize their leads performance 
• Build business cases for new leads initiatives, and spearhead their execution 
• Support your Sales Experience Design team members on exciting ad hoc initiatives, such as building out new sales tools, processes, or systems 

Here’s what you bring to the table: 

• Salesforce power user – you have SFDC reporting and dashboard experience 
• Analytical thinker – you love analyzing data to develop key insights, building out a business case with recommendations, and then tracking performance 
• Problem solver – you’re able to break down a tough problem into manageable pieces and develop well-reasoned recommendations 
• Project manager – you have experience rolling out and optimizing new tools within a large organization. Experience introducing customer relationship management (CRM) tools an asset. 
• Collaborator – you can build strong relationships across multiple different stakeholder groups (marketing, sales, digital etc.) 
• Energized doer – when an exciting new challenge presents itself, you’re the first person to tackle it head on 
• Chameleon – you’re at home in an ever-changing environment. As dynamic new problems come forward, you can quickly adapt

Must to have skills:
1. Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience
2. Strong analytics experience – able to break down data and develop key insights
3. Problem solver – they’re able to break down a tough problem into manageable pieces and develop well-reasoned recommendations
4. Proficient at relationship building – can build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
5. Energized doer – when an exciting new challenge presents itself, they’re the first person to tackle it head on

Nice to have skills:
1. Experience rolling out CRM tools
2. Experience specifically in leads reporting in salesforce
3. Proficiency with other dashboard tools such as Tableau and/or Domo
