The Campus Recruiter will be accountable for the delivery of candidates sourced from top Canadian universities to meet Entry-Level recruiting demand. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with Universities/Student Groups and client Leadership across the entire recruiting life-cycle, as well as maintaining connection with entry level candidates. The Campus Recruiter will act as a Brand Ambassador on Campus, including using social media tools to support the overall sourcing strategy. This role will also take on leadership responsibilities for one specific Campus Recruitment Program internally, including working with Program leadership to define the overall program campus recruitment strategy, and working with other Recruiters on the team to execute against the demand plan. 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Communicating recruiting strategy, policies and procedures to Campus Recruiting participants 
• Understanding recruiting demand and skills profiles 
• Responsible for budget allocated for Campus Recruiting 
• Providing external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership. 
• Maintain relationships with Universities and Student Groups 
• Lead on-campus marketing events 
• Manage on-campus and in office assessment events 
• Updating and utilizing recruiting database (Taleo) 
• Work with Recruitment Marketing to ensure client's brand on-campus and in the Marketplace remains competitive 
• Provide Campus Recruiting reporting/metrics to stakeholders 
• Identifying issues and recommending actions 
• Participating in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team 
• Supervisory responsibilities for recruitment coordinators on the team 

Qualifications & Required Experience: 
• 3+ years relevant work experience required, including direct campus recruiting experience 
• Degree (or equivalent) preferred 
• Experience with event management 
• Strong understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes, procedures and tools 
• Good understanding of the client’s business objectives and organizational structure 
• Experience with event management 
• Very strong understanding of recruiting profiles 
• Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis 
• Good understanding of the external marketplace/trends 
• Data analysis experience 
• Travel is required during the campus recruiting cycle
