Analytics Operations – Manager
 
Responsible for the planning, management, and oversight of the operation of an optimization centre (a group of individuals who utilize client's Analytics/Dashboard Tools to generate reports, insights, and present results to clients and contractors). 

Involved with setting up the on-site optimization center and familiarizing relevant stakeholders with the key aspects of the solution.
Develop, train and manage the team members to provide the client with insights that can help optimize the execution during plant maintenance. Coordinate across multiple operations/teams to add reporting insight and support reporting needs as required.
Support efforts to ensure ad hoc/standard operational reports are delivered accurately/on time. Support the analysis of designated performance measures/reports including financial and operational metrics.
Participate in new business development and strategic development and performance delivery of the business function. implement and improve standard processes and tools to drive operational efficiencies and meet operational and financial commitments.
Main escalation point for issue resolution and customer inquiries. Manage effective internal/external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility.
Excercise consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business.
