Analytics Operations - Consultant
Interface with the client or contractors in presenting data interperation analysis of metric and performance reports. Coordinate solution issues and resolutions between customers and offshore solution team.
Coordinate and lead weekly review meetings with contractors on key performance metrics of their workforce and maintenance activities.
Utilizes industry or domain experience to translate sets of data into actionable, relevant insights for the customer. 

Analyze designated performance measures/reports including financial and operational metrics.
Perform root cause analysis where required.
Work with other functional teams to access/ understand data to be analyzed and identify process improvement opportunities. 
Interfaces with the solution team to share any defects found in the analytics or ideas for future enhancements.
Support the operations during Analytics Operations events.Delivers strategic business insights and aids decision-making to maximize client operations and uncover opportunities to reduce costs. Utilizes a broad set of analytical tools to recommend and implement improvements to client business functions..
Important Skill set:
Technical Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business
