Responsibilities: 
• Delivery of contracted managed wireless LAN 
• Ensure a high level of end-user satisfaction and achieve/exceed SLA commitments which drive a high Likelihood to Recommend (L2R) rating 
• Design complex wireless solutions for managed customer environment 
• Work with field team to implement and test wireless solution 
• Configuration of network equipment 
• Network upgrades and enhancements 
• Produce necessary documentations for the managed network environment. This may include network diagrams, method of procedures, statement of work, transition plan, etc 
• Identify and analyze the root causes of performance breakdowns and recommend solutions 
• Deal with customers during planning and implementation 

Qualifications - Required Knowledge: 
Strong understanding of the requirements needed to maintain, design and manage complex networked data systems and their peripherals, especially experience in wireless LAN technologies and related data systems 

Required Skills & Abilities: 
• Ability to work in a diverse enterprise wireless LAN environment 
• Proven skills in designing and deploying Wireless LAN 
• Strong understanding of networking technology including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS 
• Strong understanding of IP stack and packet decoding using protocol analyzers 
• Strong understanding of NAT, IP applications (HTTP/S, TELNET, SSH, NNTP, LDAP, SNMP), and telecommunications facilities 
• Strong understanding with authentication systems, encryption technologies, and security tools 
• Ability to work: independently, extended hours, overtime, and after-hours 
• Ability to travel and work on-site at a customer location if required 

In addition to demonstrated technical ability the candidate must have the ability to work at a business level with the following management abilities:

• Time management and organizational skills 
• Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills 
• Possess a vehicle and have a valid driver license. 

Required Professional Designation/Certification: 
• Post-secondary degree in telecommunications or computer science with added professional training 
• CISCO CCNP or CCIE (Wireless is preferred)
