Job Responsibilities/Job Functions:
•       Review and renewal of HW/SW vendor support contracts to ensure active/production equipment will have Vendor support provided as per SLA, aligning to operational requirement.
•       Validate active equipment inventory with Operations & Engineering, including regular True-ups of new equipment in production.
•       Negotiate support contract renewal terms (MSA) with Procurement and Vendors.
•       Provide Budget Forecast to Finance, and review monthly variances and budget challenges.
•       Facilitate and attend performance review meetings with Vendor and Operation Managers to ensure SLAs are met
•       Submit OPEX and CAPEX budgetary requirements, analyze yearly cost variation, and meet budget saving challenges.
•       Preparing Purchase Requisitions and ensure Purchase Orders are processed and Online receiving are completed.
•       Maintain & Update database for Vendor Management information on Vendor Support Agreements, Inventory, Vendor Performance Review Reports, and Master Contracts Data File for Vendor Support summary; loaded on Sharepoint.
•       Produce and present Monthly HW/SW Vendor Support reports, and Ad-hoc reports as required.

Qualifications:
•       Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
•       Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Contract Management, and Finance
•       Understanding of Telecom Network Technology, Project implementation, and Operations.
•       Strong skills of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint).
•       Knowledge in Oracle.
•       Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work & Teamwork
•       Excellent interpersonal collaboration, communication & presentation skills.
•       Strong organizational and time-management skills.
