What you'll do: 


Client Digital is seeking a UX strategist to help facilitate discussions and lead design direction for the About Client site and its brand affiliated experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge in both strategic and tactical elements of user-centred design and have a keen eye for visual design. At a strategic level, you will drive recommendations to help evolve the About Clientexperience and other brand affiliated experiences to meet targeted users and stakeholder needs. For this position, we require someone who has a deep understanding of UX patterns and design patterns and how information architecture plays in the UX designer process. 

What you’ll be responsible for: 
Deliver the information architecture strategy for our new About Client site and other brand affiliated sites, Future Friendly, Careers, Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion 

Create IA diagrams, content hierarchies, use cases and prepare wireframes for web and mobile 

Use data to help inform taxonomy, classification, navigation and patterns 

Collaborate with the About Client team of product owners, content manager, and business stakeholders to shape the evolution of About Client experiences 

Strategize and formulate recommendations utilizing existing design patterns to solve customer and business challenges and facilitate discussions around your work and its iterations 

Leverage your skills in usability testing, user research, and interpretation of web analytics to uncover insights and meet outcomes through design 

Contribute and interlock About Client to other customer experiences Client site

Foster and build strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively prioritize initiatives and drive digital adoption 

What you’ll need to be successful: 
Hyper-focused on delivering great customer experiences aligned to business outcomes 

Expert in user-centred design (UCD), information architecture (IA), interaction design (IxD), wireframing and prototyping 

Ability to effectively problem-solve and deal with complex project issues, collaborating with various levels of management and cross-functional teams 

Able to communicate design rationale and build consensus, gracefully giving and receiving feedback 

You have the right finesse and diplomacy to challenge the status quo to ensure we do what’s right by our targeted users 

Comfortable with industry standard design tool-sets including Sketch, InVision, Google Suite… plus whiteboard, pen, paper and stickies! 

Solid understanding of Web accessibility best practices and an ability to create accessible products 

Experience as an interaction designer with demonstrated eye for design as well as an understanding of fundamental principles of visual design 

Must have skills:
1) Deep understanding of design and Information Architecture, how the two go hand in hand
2) Ability to unpack stakeholder's requirements, keeping customer's needs in view and designing solutions that meeting their needs 3) Need to be collaborative.
