Job Description:
The Technical Business Analyst will have at least 8 years solid experience working on large enterprise IT projects in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

The role involves working with a range of highly knowledgeable stakeholders (internal and external teams) to elicit requirements, analyze processes, and produce documentation to improve business systems and operational effectiveness.
The Technical BA will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage their time across multiple, simultaneous project assignments, and deliver high quality written products, on time and within budget. 
The successful candidate will be an accomplished self-starter with exceptional interpersonal communication skills (oral, presentation, written), and who possess a very strong capability to facilitate collaborative business decisions amongst business and IT stakeholders.
Must be extremely adept with quickly organizing information from multiple sources, and rapidly producing succinct and accurate business documentation using predetermined methods and templates.
Excellence with English language (written and spoken) is essential. 
Preference will be given to candidates with successful previous full-time employment in project delivery within a large organization, especially a recognized IT consulting or management consulting firm.

Mandatory Experience/Skills:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in related discipline (BSc, MBA, etc.)
+8 Years': Direct, accumulated experience in the role of IT Business Analyst  Managing stakeholders at all levels; facilitating collaboration and agreement of needs and objectives. 
Demonstrated business acumen, including ability to analyze and communicate strategic requirements, and develop action plans for senior stakeholders. 
Preparing and eliciting business requirements with large groups of business stakeholders and users, using interviews, workshops, and site visits. 
Decomposing high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishing user suggestions from the underlying true needs. 
Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements with support of technical specialists. 
Eliciting current state processes, creating diagram models, workflows and task step descriptions.
