Role Description 
Support the standardization of Program Management methodology, tools and processes. Manage day to day PMO tools and processes - Project and Executive Reporting, Project Plans, Risk and Issue Logs, Project Financials, Meeting Minutes/Action Items, Project Audit Function, Document Management, SharePoint Admin, etc. 

Candidates must have excellent communication skills and have experience with financial management and reporting. 

Role Task: 
• Setup of Meeting Minutes, Setting Meetings 
• Schedule management - Creating & tracking MSPS schedules 
• Action Items Follow up and tracking 
• Updating Clarity Financials, Resource planning & forecasting 
• Risks Issues & SLDC tasks in Clarity 
• Maintain mandatory fields in Clarity 
• Actuals vs forecasts reporting 
• Timesheets Monitoring adjustments & updating cost plans in clarity 
• Weekly status reports 
• Materials for steering committee 
• Project audits monthly 
• SharePoint Admin: maintain folder structure, upload completed documents/approvals, provide access to team members, maintain contact list and calendars 
• Bi-weekly TS reconciliation 
• Regulatory requests if any 
• Adhoc Admin such as PowerPoint decks 
Escalates early warning signs and deviations from the plan to stakeholders
