Position Overview 
We are looking for an individual contributor to join the Home Solutions marketing team. A successful candidate would be a natural leader with strong project management skills and background in marketing and campaign strategy. The position would require cross functional stakeholder engagement in order to build, improve, and execute programs to deliver on our strategic business priorities. Responsibilities: 
- Work across key stakeholder groups internally and externally to transition and integrate newly acquired telecommunication companies and their customers into the client family 
- Support the strategic development, planning & tactical execution of integrated go to market activity, marketing campaigns, branding and communications 
- Drive initiatives that deliver on a successful customer experience, but also grow key business activities that support customer migrations, acquisition, revenue, customer satisfaction & brand affinity 
- Provide strategic overviews, updates and recommendations to the leadership team for visibility into programs and decision making for future planning 
- Uphold the brand and act as a brand ambassador 
Required Skills & Abilities 
- Project management 
- Strong facilitation and communication skills 
- Experience working on direct response, mass, social and digital activities 
- Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint 
- Strategic planning 
Required Professional Designation/Certification 
- Bachelor in Marketing or communications 
Required Experience 
2-5 years’ experience leading strategic initiatives or project management in a marketing context.

Must to have skills:
1. Strong facilitation, collaboration and communication skills
2. Experience with direct response (direct mail/email marketing), mass, social and digital activities
3. Proven project management skills with experience in delivering major, complex projects
4. Strong Microsoft (MS) Excel & PowerPoint skills
5. Creative & collateral management & facilitation

Nice to have skills:
1. Knowledge of and/or experience in the telecommunications industry
2. Experiential/event marketing experience
3. Ability to work in a fast paced and high performance culture
4. Takes ownership, initiative, shows sense of urgency and is self-directed
5. Graphic design skills (Photoshop/InDesign
6. Bachelor degree and/or equivalent industry experience
7. Minimum 3-5 years in a marketing and/or communications role is preferred
