Our Client is  looking for a HR Generalist with a passion for identifying and hiring top talent, to enable our customers to use our technology to its fullest potential and in turn provide amazing guest experiences.
Your Role
  • Manage the talent acquisition process from start to candidate selection: developing position profiles, sourcing qualified applicants, screening applicants, coordinate the scheduling of and conducting interviews, checking references and evaluating applicant qualifications
  • Create and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent – both passive and active – using a variety of internal and external resources
  • Maintaining a pipeline of candidates using effective sourcing strategies
  • Measure performance, analyze metrics and report Key Performance Indicators to senior management team on a regular basis
  • Experience working with admin related task, HRIS, training and contracts
What You Bring
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related experience
  • 2 – 5 years’ progressive HR experience with a focus on full life cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience with recruiting in Canada and the US
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles
