Client is looking for an experienced UX+UI Designer who gets excited creating world-class web experiences which work equally well across mobile and desktop. You’ll be working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with an awesome team. You have a passion for creating engaging, intuitive user interactions and great design.

Responsibilities 

• Generate sketches, wireframes and prototypes for user interactions, ensuring that business, brand, and user goals are met 
• Ensure work is compliant with WCAG 2.0 web accessibility standards 
• Validate your ideas through formal and informal user testing 
• Interpret and review research findings for presentations to the design team 
• Develop and maintain brand/design specifications, user scenarios, personas, user flows, navigation maps, UX/UI patterns, and other design documents 
• Work closely with an Agile team of designers, developers and QAs 
• Maintain an awareness of current trends in technology, design, customer experience and marketing to identify opportunities to enhance the experience 
• Occasionally support releases on evenings or weekends, if required 

Required Knowledge & Skills 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience designing responsive web interfaces for mobile and desktop 
• Comprehensive understanding of colour theory, typography and iconography 
• Ability to network and build relationships within a large organization 
• Self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines 
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills 

Required Professional Designation/Certification: 

• University degree or certification in User Experience related field or equivalent work experience 
• Portfolio demonstrating prior work, including experience developing digital products from initial concept through to implementation
