The Client's team is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team for a contract of 12 months. 
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible in supporting the technical execution of our B2B client acquisition strategies, clients nurturing strategies and ensuring that Client is following best practices in SEO, SEM, and outbound marketing. The candidate will be a self-starter with knowledge of digital marketing strategies in a B2B environment. 
You will also be supporting the existing team in the execution and management of digital projects, content and marketing campaigns. The candidate will build on our digital marketing expertise and capabilities within the organization. 
The successful candidate will understand the B2B sales cycle, lead funnel marketing, and have a proven track record of succeeding in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong eye for detail and an analytical mindset. 
Responsibilities: 
• Proactively work on continuously improving all aspects of the corporate website by identifying and self-starting initiatives around 3 main axes 
• Acquiring visitors 
• Engaging visitors 
• Generate business outcomes 
• Focus on content, user experience, SEO, design, build, testing, reporting and optimisation of our website to deliver conversion 
• Creating landing pages to support marketing campaigns 
• Conduct ongoing usability tests to gauge content and search effectiveness 
• Gather data, handle analytics and make recommendations based on those results 
• Develop and program email campaigns that are effective, engaging and optimised for different devices. 
• Manage SEO, alongside paid search, display, PPC and programmatic 
• Create measurement template reports and dashboards in Google Analytics, email platform etc. in order to assess and optimise performance of multi-channel campaigns 
• Continuously monitor and make technical recommendations to improve each of our sales funnel touch points (PPC ads, landing pages, website forms, email marketing) 
• Conduct periodic competitive audits 

Required Knowledge and experience 

• Good proven knowledge of Business to Business digital marketing 
• Thorough knowledge of SEO and web analytics(understands metrics and tools; Google Analytics) 
• Knowledge of web development (project management) 
• Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS and email development 
• Knowledge of marketing automation systems (preferably Marketo) 
• Experience in all aspects of digital marketing, including content, websites, PPC, email is required. 
• Numerate and fluent in aggregating, analysing and reporting core campaign performance metrics and making decisions based on data 
• Thorough understanding of the role digital plays 
• Proven track record of reporting and analyzing marketing performance 
• Digital experience with proven project management capabilities 
• Experience with CRM preferably Salesforce is required
