Our Client is looking for an IP Telephony expert on CISCO. The ideal candidate would have
- Hands on Operational experience with Cisco Telephony .  
• Maintain technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, voice and/or video systems.
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining appropriate voice network documentation and Visio diagrams.
• Provides regular monitoring and analysis regarding short and long-term planning for the systems related to the voice network.
• Perform planning, installation, testing during project phase and post-implementation support.
• Maintain technical expertise in areas of voice network hardware and software.
• Oversee and maintain voice network configuration and standards.
• Preferred Experience with 3rd party applications such as Avotus.
• Experience with Cisco Unity voicemail integration with various platforms.
• Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) – Cisco hardware and management tool experience.
• Cisco Call Manager, Unity, UCCX, Riverbed, Jabber, Cisco Meeting Server, VTC.
• LAN/WAN networking equipment and protocols understanding.
• Develop, support and maintain operations of Cisco voice communication including, SIP integration, moves, adds and changes, fault isolation, resolution, and end-user support.
• Daily duties will include responding to customer originated trouble tickets and service request along with planning and executing controlled changes within ticketing platform.
• Provide support to engineering and proposal development teams in the design and deployment of new voice related technology.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Cisco Voice Network infrastructure and best practices.
• Technical experience and knowledge of SIP trunking, Cube configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Automated Call Distribution (ACD)

• Data Communications Networks, Teleconferencing, Mobile Devices

Qualifications
• At least 5 years as a Cisco Voice Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, related field or equivalent experience.
• (CCNA- CCNP- Voice ) or higher certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Cisco Voice, Networking and Network/Firewall best practices.
• Bilingual

Preferred Skills
• At least 5 years of experience in the design and configuration of Cisco LAN/WAN in large enterprise networks including LAN switching, BGP/OSPF routing, Quality of Service, Wireless and remote access IP VPN.
• At least 5 years in an engineering role engaged with Enterprise VoIP, SIP Trunking, softphone, IVR, Contact Center, call recording, dial plan, corporate directory integration, unified messaging, audio, video and web conferencing in large scale multi-site enterprise environments.
• At least 5 years of hands-on administration, design, implementation and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Unified Presence, Voice Gateways, E911, Session Border Controllers (Cisco CUBE, ACME Packet), Cisco Contact Center.
• Proficiency in evaluating business requirements, processes, technologies, applications, and information systems.
• Presentation, written and oral communication skills.
• Possess excellent logical and analytical skills.
• Voice and VoIP Support.
• Voice Mailbox Management.
• Ability to understand and assist in solving telecommunication problems or telecom network infrastructure issues.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a broad base of end users.
• Good judgment and analytical skills; as well as follow-up and organizational skills.
• Intermediate to advance Skills with Microsoft Office and Visio.
