Develops, writes, and edits material for online publications, reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications / Élaborer, rédiger et modifier des documents publiés en ligne : publications, rapports, manuels, résumés, propositions, manuels d'instruction, catalogues, publications techniques et administratives pertinentes. 

Job description: 
This posting is to perform a migration of our documentation from various sources (Word documents, Wiki pages) into a centralized documentation repository (Oracle RightNow platform). 
The contract length will be between 6 to 9 months. 
The candidate will be asked to perform some basic QA (grammatical / spelling) on the migrated documentation as well as some reformatting of the content using rudimentary HTML/CSS/JavaScript. 

• Typing skills of 60 WPM or greater 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills combined with the ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and consistency when performing duties 
• Exceptional creative writing and grammatical skills 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for creating polished and professionally formatted documents 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines 
• HTML coding skills 
• CSS coding skills 
• JavaScript coding skills 
• High degree of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism 
• Working knowledge of Oracle RightNow is an asset 
• 3 to 5 years experience in Enterprise-level IT is required 
• French and English proficiency, spoken and written, is mandatory 

Ability to pass and maintain a standard governmental security clearance is mandatory.

Must to have skills:
1. Comfortable in HTML/CSS/JS
2. Very strong writing skills, French and English
3. Solid knowledge of standard corporate IT environments
